    Usability Engineer (UE01)

    Responsibilities:

    • To focus on web portals for internet customers

    • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects, communication channels and copy styles

    • An ability to ensure high quality, on-time completion of deliverables for oneself and also to oversee the work of other content team members, if required

    Requirements:

    • At least 8 years of experience in content development in the IT industry
    • Experience in media publishing, advertising, social media or marketing communications

    Admin and Infrastructure (AI01)

    Location:

    Responsibilities:

    • Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
    • Performing and coordinating effective installation and performance of advanced operating system hardware and software on servers
    • Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems
    • Support and maintain end user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance and training
    • Plan and perform appropriate procedures, documentation, inventory assessment, and other procedures related to IT

    Requirements:

    • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
    • MCSA / MCSE certified preferred

    • Understand database design principles including normalization and aggregation for on-line and data warehouse schemas to support the needs of application developers
