SUTD Partners with Interakt to Build an Online Presence

The Singapore University of Technology and Design is the new face of education in Singapore, with its unique focus on the niche areas of technology and design. Being a “new kid on the block”, in a sense, the University faced the test of entry into a competitive market, the urgency of bringing together a fine faculty and the need to connect with its youthful target audience.
And once selected, Interakt took on the task of attacking and presenting a solution to meet this three-fold challenge, employing its experience in the realm of digital marketing.
Strategizing to meet the University’s objectives through multiple channels, Interakt first embarked on the designing and building of an interactive and state-of-the-art website that not only connects to its youthful audiences but also incorporates the technology required for scalability and easy web content updates. Along with the launch of the site, Interakt also conceptualized and developed SUTD’s Social Media presence and mechanics through channels such as Facebook and YouTube. And to close the loop, Interakt employed its pay-by-performance email marketing platform Resultiks to facilitate SUTD’s direct marketing initiatives.
The website and social media channels were successfully launched during the first week of March and have since seen a steady inflow of visitors and enquiries.
