Interakt is all set to establish a new online presence for TAKE Solutions that positions it as a Thought Leader, Trusted Advisor and Partner across its fields of specialty and articulates the brand's vision, products & services across the different geographical markets.

TAKE Solutions is a publically listed company with headquarters in Princeton, NJ and Chennai, India. Since its inception in 2000, TAKE has been serving marquee clients in the Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Enterprise services arena. TAKE Solutions conducts business today in 16 countries with more than 300 customers.

With the current initiative, TAKE intends to reflect and represent its growth as well as its energy, enthusiasm and passion for innovation, focusing on providing the best of shareholder value, thought leadership, technology competencies and customer-centricity across its business lines. TAKE's web presence to be designed and developed by Interakt, will serve as an information hub and gateway to the corporate and its business units, across various geographies, providing a virtual platform for interaction and dialog with its external ecosystem.

The initiative that has just been kick-started is slated for completion by December 2009.
